I just check it again , I got an RFE , it doesnt say what it is , but they said the mailed it to me ... I'm not really sure what it is .. for the people who have got RFE and who share same timeline as mine mostly it is I-864 related ... can any of you share what RFE you guys exactly got in the mail ?

Well, I got a RFIE and it requested for the most recent tax documents for my spouse and sponsor as well and proposing other alternatives to finding a joint sponsor if my sponsor’s income doesn’t meet the 125% poverty threshold

okay , does an RFE delay I-765 ?

I don’t personally think so but do response to the RFE as soon as you can. Is this your first RFE in this I-485 process?

If you’re a K1 filer and you submitted a notarized copy of your marriage certificate then this RFE could definitely be tangling other issues like the the Form I-864

I'm not a K1 filer I submitted all the documents for I864 ... in not really sure what else it could be

All you can do is wait... mine was the fact that my husband made less than 125% after the deductions. So thats one that i guess a lot of people make... he makes enough but they want to see what is left over.
