i sent the tax for 2017 also the optional 2016 and 2015 also i put the W2 forms pay stubs and 1040 because my husband is both self employed and works in a restaurant. I really dont know what else they could possibly want...

Did my biometrics today, it was fast approximately 15 minutes and its done. 

They did accept me though my appointment is still on March 6.

That is about as complete as an I-864 supporting documents can get. 

 

Did you also attach a letter explaining that your spouse is self employed and an employee as well and that you are showing the combined income of of both

No but i did cross both of them on the form and i also have no income and we werent married before so he didnt file his taxes with me. This year we will file together.. i am thinking maybe they want the taxes for 2017 now that you can file them and we can file them together?!

How much income did you put in on I-864 ? Is it above the poverty line for your household income. I think they look for the income you mentioned on the form & cross check if that's right via W2 Tax returns etc. Also they check if it is sufficient income for your househole.

Yea its above the poverty line and the the employer jobs were after the 2016 tax return so for 2017 they would be even more.

Yes. Medical all photos marriage certificate. Divorce certificates... all birth certificates copy of passports i 94s everything
