I have my Bio appointment next Wednesday I hope our cases move fast because the stress that I feel is huge!!

Don't stress yourself. Keep up to date, informed and prepare for the worst case scenario. This way even if the worst still happens (and usually it is not as bad as we think it will be ) you will come out just fine

yes is very weird... you know I am going into the panic mode because I came here with a B2 visa and I had almost one month of overstaying until our PD by USICS... but that case is weird did you read the comments??

Yeah that’s weird I thought there were no problems adjusting. I overstayed my F-1 a few months until all my paperwork was ready to send now I’m worried too.

Guys!! I was reading in other group about a Texas filer that was arrested yesterday

the post said that he was arrested fro ICE and they told him that was for overstayed B2 visa... and he filed las August 2017 and the Bio already done.... there is the link... thats weird because it suppose that you can do adjustment without any problem with overstay visa...

I have been busy the last couple of days but wanted to catch up on a few posts :).

I'm getting RFIE as well, it showed in my case tracker last Friday but I have no idea what it is. I have several guesses though (notarized birth certificate, i864 paystubs, 2017 tax returns & w2). After reading your post I think mine is 80% the same as yours

Anyways based on the posts in VJ and other forum, my observation is most people don't get "reset" by RFIE, they waited from 2 days to 2 months to receive the combo card after responded to the RFIE. However these days it is getting longer for normal processing of combo cards, too.

At least it's always better to get RFE sooner than later! It's not fun when you wait three four months only to receive a RFIE.

My case tracker does not update at all.  All four cases are dated from receipt of the applications so that, as a useful tool right now, is out for me :).

Thank you for your words on the RFIE.  I agree that it is better to receive now, for sure, than further down the line.  In regards to the RFIE we received, my husband hasn't worked at his company for a year yet, so that is why they need a letter from his employer and paystubs for the past 6 months.  Hopefully his employer won't take too long in sending the documents to us so we can get them sent back to USCIS in good time :).

I got 3 notifications  for I-130, I-485 and for I-765. However, only got texts and no email and I wonder if they made a mistake in my email and I didn't receive it there because if that.

Did you make a photocopy of your G-1145 or save it to your computer?  If you did, have a look there and double check, just in case.  It is always a good idea to make an exact copy of everything you send to USCIS, no matter how small a detail it may seem :).

Yeah I read it. Well, I am in an almost panic mode because I overstayed too, but not a B2 visa. I have never heard of someone being arrested like that unless there's something wrong. Another one that I read was a husband of a USC being arrested during AOS, but that was because they didn't include the i130 in their application. We need more info from the guy in the other forum...

I just received an online notification in regards to my fingerprint fee receipt notice..  my status has now changed to initial form of evidence was sent... would that be my fingerprints orrr is that something else?

The case tracker isn't showing any updates on ours, (whilst unhelpful, I am not worried about this), so it did not alert us that we would receive an RFIE.  It turned up in our mailbox.  It doesn't affect your biometrics appointment, however, so go ahead to your appointment as normal.  Please do let us know of your progress :).

I had all W2s from hubby and he was working for the same Company five years straight, the only reason I could think of is that USCIS rushed on skimming through supports, and assume we didn't have complete file provided. (USCIS instruction was saying paystubs of recent six months are optional). Anyways, I am very ready for the RFIE - why it hasn't showed up yet

If you buy the ad free version of the case tracker, you’ll always have pop up notifications about the case you’re tracking.

I'm using the USCIS case tracker -  I thought this would be accurate?  Which other trackers are people using/available?
