Yes I meant LUD in my USCIS case tracker changed. I saw change for bio letter mail out on 12th, RFIE online status on 23rd, and probably RFIE letter mail out on 26th. So no news is better news than those RFE :)

 

I'm still waiting for the actual letter, since it was sent on 26th I might not see it until next week. :wacko:

I dont know yet. I only got the online notification that my status was changed to request for initial evidence was sent. Thats why im wondering if that would be the fingerprints maybe? Technically it is initial evidence... orrr would that be something else?

Yeah, mine changed to Request for Initial Evidence and reads thus, on February 27, 2018, a request for initial evidence was mailed to you ...

I will be checking my mail in case any notification arrives, but at least you know guys that they are working in your cases, I read last night in other group that some people got they RIE after 200 days since their PD... :huh: I think we going to be "safe"  when our cases are updated to "case ready to schedule interview"....

I have my Bio appointment next Wednesday I hope our cases move fast because the stress that I feel is huge!! :huh:

Guys!! I was reading in other group about a Texas filer that was arrested yesterday :huh: 

 

the post said that he was arrested fro ICE and they told him that was for overstayed B2 visa... and he filed las August 2017 and the Bio already done.... there is the link... thats weird because it suppose that you can do adjustment without any problem with overstay visa...

yes is very weird... you know I am going into the panic mode because I came here with a B2 visa and I had almost one month of overstaying until our PD by USICS... but that case is weird did you read the comments??
