Hi, I'm also a February filer. Sent  I-130, I-485 and I-765 on February 6th, was delivered on the 8th, but still no NOA

I know it takes time, but I did see someone who's package was delivered on 7th already got their NOA so I'm starting to get a little anxious.

Maybe today or tomorrow you will have news our checks was cashed 9 days after they recived the package but our PD is the day that they recived it on Feb 1st... Dont worry this is just the beginning :)

Yeah I know, it's that first notification that gives so much joy that at least it all started!

We sent cashiers check and money orders so unfortunately can't even check if they have been cashed, oh the uncertainty :)

Maybe! I feel so relieved now even though that was the least hardest part of this whole process haha. At least we know it's on their radar and they have it.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the EAD?

Yea I just came back from ASC. Google maps shows they close at 3pm but the door has 4pm. However when I got there (2pm) they got no one.

So I'm done with this step within 15 min, probably the fastest step in the whole process. Lol

Well i tried my luck at my local ASC yesterday to do early walk-in for bio, but they weren't to pleased about it and suggested I should reschedule my appointment date. Although the ASC was empty

It depends on their mood perhaps

sorry to hear that.. I guess it also depends on the ASC, there's a list of people's experience in their local ASC walk-ins.

To make you feel better, I haven't seen any LUD on my cases yet. So probably they will wait until actual appointment day to process the information anyway.

Yup its entirely on their discretion, but i hope it does not harm in trying and hopefully does not create any negative impact on the application in general

Thanks for making me feel better by giving a heads-up on LUD
