@Etamkoos @harhad My appt is at 2/27/2018, but I plan to try my luck next Monday afternoon. :)

Haha, exactly. Besides any tips for walking in early for the biometrics & is it necessary to have your USC spouse with you for this appointment

Haha we don't have the day off! Didn't really realize until checking online.

 

You just need to bring the ID (passport or driver's license), with the appointment letter. I guess I'll also need to bring marriage certificate because I used married name to fill out the form, but my ID shows maiden name (couldn't change name without changing it with SSA, then SSA wants to see EAD/GC to change the name).

I cant do that because the office for the biometrics here in ND are 4 hours driving :unsure: and our field office is around 11 hours driving in the next State hahaha no many people live in ND to have our own office

I will only get busier and busier before May (working 65 hrs a week), so I want to get this over with. :'(  Can't tell my boss about taking time off for ASC appt because I'm secretly finding a new job once I get EAD/AP. 

 

ND is one of the States covered by MN field office, right? We all need to be patient.

Timeline

Hey guys, I was able to only receive two hard copies of the Form I-797C Notice of Action for Forms I-485 AOS and I-765 EAD. What I don’t understand is if this is what normally happens or the I-797C Notice of Action for Form I-131 AP got missing or is yet to be delivered. Someone help out with a share experience. Thanks!:o

Yes our field office will be MN, and already read that it is one of the slowest because attend 3 states and a lot counties :unsure:

Did it say that it was delivered? Mine does and i even have proof of delivery with the signature.
