I don't think we can change it, since the forms are already submitted. I guess USCIS will not make it sticking point for the entire application process

Im not sure whats gonna happen , it would very tough for me if my biometrics will be scheduled in chicago as I answered I-130 61a as chicago not my local USCIS office , do you think I can call USCIS at this point & tell them the situation ? I got my NOA the next step is biometrics , I dont want my biometrics to be in chicago :(

I read in anothers fourums that you if you are in US you have to send your file to Chicago Office and they going to see your adress and then they going to send your case to the field Office more near, for example we are from ND and our near office and the one of proccess this kind of case is in Missouri more than 8 hours driving, in the website you can see the field Office and check what Office your proccess Will be :)

I checked USCIS portal and it shows all four cases were last updated 2/12 which I assume that could be a sign of bio letter appearing soon?

i believe that USCIS will send us to the nearest Application support centre (ASC) based on our application zip code, irrespective of the fact that what we put in out forms.

In my case I am only 1 hour drive from Chicago so it would not be an issue, not sure if someone applying from a different state mistakenly answers 61a. as Chicago what is going to happen in their case

I just checked mine too, but they all say the same thing that "we have sent you a receipt notice in mail which will tell how we are going to handle your case"

what does it says in yours when you put the tracking no. on USCIS application tracker ?

@harhadYou need to create a profile in USCIS website and track the cases. See link below:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp

It'll show a table:

What did it show before the 02/12/2018 update ?

I think first day when my cases were available online it had 2/7/2018, which is exactly the date they recorded in the tracking system. Then I happened to look at it again last night and saw it changed to 2/12/2018.. Something must have happened here - either RFIE or bio letter :P is my guess. More than often the LUD doesn't mean anything, it just provides relief for obsessive people like me.
