Hello, my case was completed on January 18th 2018 , and I have still not heard from them with a interview date. How long does that process usually take? Will I be scheduled for March?

when you say completed this is for CR1 visa? and when you say completed does that mean you got NOA2? have you gotten to NVC yet?

Call NVC  , this week , and find out see if they have your Interview date or not ,

usually after CC at Mumbai Embassy , you'll get the interview date within 2 weeks

I call NVC everyday for the update but they keep giving me the same answer. The keep telling me to wait. My case was completed on January 18, 2018. I just want to get my interview day so I can plan farther into my trip to India.

I have called since Jan 18,2018 but I keep getting the same response. It has been 12 days since my case has been completed and waiting in line for in interview. Is that still normal. And what is the maximum time it can take for them to schedule me? I am trying to plan my trip to india so I am trying to be prepared. My husband actually had injured his knee, so I wanted to be with him throughout the journey. This is just really stressing me out. NVC does not help at all, matter of fact, they told me that I am calling too many times, and I just need to wait. But isn't that what customer service is for?

ah  I understand your feeling,  after long wait for visa  for over 10 months and you are almost there ,

you'll get your visa interview soon, hopefully next week or this week , my guess is your interview it self won't be until March thou i think or end of February at earliest  but just hang in tight , not much else you can do to speed it up or anything
