My fiance and I are using rapid visa and rapid visa is saying to not include any texts, skype logs, or proof of an ongoing relationship. They are saying the only evidence we should provide is just our physical meeting. ( and to save the conversation history for the actual interview in London ) Does this sound right to you guys? ( just don't want an RFE )

Thanks!

I myself would say send a bit.

We supplied about total of maybe 30 messages in our packet just to show a timeline from when we met up to the petition submition to show communication timeline.

At the interview we supplied extra texts to show communication timeline from petition submition to the interview.

Hi there,

I agree with rapid visa....

im the beneficiary and from the UK! I would focus on the core of what they want to see: you have physically met in person in the last 2 years: itineraries, passport stamps, flight tickets, shares hotel bookings) and that you have an intention (signed document) to marry within 90 days. We have more trips booked while the 129F is processing. To me, I don’t think messages/FaceTime show too much (aside from words) as per say but sure it shows you talk every day (but I didn’t bother including any of this at this stage). I’m leaving most type of things like that to the interview plus our additional trips since December 2017, Birthday and special occasions that have been booked and paid since our submission. Our attorney composed our file and I guess it’s your call on with to include. I’m all for getting to the point and giving them exactly what they require at this point. Good luck 🍀

Primary evidence (your boarding passes, hotel receipts, passport stamps, etc.) are more important to include, but I would say it is wise to provide some additional evidence of a bonafide relationship (photos, a few pages of texts/messages or social media interaction, call logs).

We are working with a good attorney and though I gave them lots of messaging history, photos, and facebook posts, they chose messages that backed up our primary evidence (talking about our plans for the next visit, photos of us at a baseball game I took him to for his birthday-we submitted the tickets and hotel receipt for that). Best wishes to you!

You can send pictures but make sure you do send evidence of the actual meeting. The thing they are trying to avoid is people try to send LITERALLY a notebook full of pictures, texts, chats. When in reality that is WAY TOO MUCH. There was a thread last week where someone was worried because they got their full notebook of that kind of stuff back from USCIS because they can't scan in a whole notebook of evidence. So don't worry at all.
