Aww I wish you guys good luck. I filed mine in end of June & got the cards end of September. With rfe in between in July. It seems like all offices at the moment are very busy with work overload , the processing time can take longer , maybe so long that they might skip your ead/ap & go straight to aos ?-think positive.

Many reasons for them to take long , maybe you get an upcoming rfe (which doesn’t mean always bad) , or the manufacturers for the cards ran out to produce them on time (happens even with passports & nobody can do anything about that) ,most important is to not feel guilty, that you did anything wrong or out of order, if your positive with all your documents then you just gotta be patient, they tell us guys to not make any greater plans during the whole process of aos ,for the sake of it. If you read the news at the moment they are very busy with other greater immigration problems , like daca, you can feel blessed that you aren’t one of them , you done all that was asked from you just give it time & relax I know it’s sucky but we all have to go through the same & majority of us make it. Good luck.

Thank you so much. i absolutely agree with you. I understand they can be busy and there are always things that might be the cause of the delay. well, guess we just all have to wait patiently and wish us all of luck.

I created SR for the third time yesterday by calling uscis, the representative told me like there is a huge backlog of EAD petitions thats why its taking time.( frustrating because November filers started receiving their cards.)

What about your case? Did you hear anything yet?

Don't know. Maybe some people need extended review and some people do not... :(

Have no idea how they work. I didn't even try to find a job, just waiting to get EAD.

If you try finding a job without EAD, how you are going to interpret with the company ?without having work authorization will they even intend to provide you an offer?
