oh my :/ that is really long. did u submit the SRs online or over the phone? have you contacted ur senator?

Sep 15th 2017 - application submitted (I130, I131, I765 & I485) - 

Sep 18th 2017 - NOA 1 Day 0 

Oct 19th 2017 - biometrics done Day 31 

Jan 29th 2018 - Service request submitted for EAD/AP card

oh man. that is so stressful. i have seen ppl saying they got response very soon like within a week or so after they submitted their SR. hopefully we can get responses soon :( my SR still says "not assigned for processing"

I have an SR opened early Nov that is still showing as unassigned, lol. 

 

I called back and made another SR after 30 days, that was opened and closed with a "we'll get back to you in 60 days"

August 2017 - June 2018 AoS

April 2020 - January 2021 RoC

Jan 2022 - September 2022 Citizenship

 omg....damn.. that is so not helpful. lol 

this is really stressing people out. my husband and i have been worries for a while now. the whole waiting thing is just not fun at all

hey Hamilton,

 out of curiosity. i was wondering if u ever heard back from the senator? I saw that in ur signature it says u have inquired thru the senator as well.

You can try contacting congressman because your filing date is past the processing dates. Have you tried that already?

I did a week ago but I haven't heard a thing. It really sucks right now as my husband is deploying soon and I got no EAD or GC.

have any of ur SR been opened yet? 

My husband got his NOA1 on sep 18. we contacted the senator and got an reply yesterday from the NBC saying his case is still within the processing time. and told us to keep checking the USCIS processing time information page. this is not very helpful since that page has not been updated since nov 30 2017

we got answers from senator yesterday... the NBC told my senator that our case is still within the processing time, and asked us to just keep checking the USCIS processing time page....

I phoned and asked USCIS but they said that none of my SR had been opened.

same here.... :( my husband and i have travel plans .. and now we are really worried too
