Hi, I am a Nov filer still waiting for NOA2..Is there anyone here just recently got police clearance from Thailand?..I worked there for 8 years ,I am now back here in Philippines for good while waiting the visa.  I am preparing for it. I talked to my friend from Thailand and she is willing to help me to get police clearance.

Here are my questions:

1.I just want to make sure if these documents are right and what documents should be authenticated? http://www.pcscenter.sb.police.go.th/filedownload/infomation-ourservice-2.pdf

2.Do I still need to go to the Thai Embassy Philippines or I can send directly my documents to my friend in Thailand?

 Thank u in advance :)

A Thai citizen that is the fiance of a US citizen and is going through the K1 process via the US embassy in Bangkok needs to get a special police certificate from a specific office of the Royal Thai Police in Bangkok, per instructions from the US embassy.  That police office knows exactly what special certificate is needed by the US embassy.  You can only apply for this certificate in person (my wife had to ride a bus for 4 hours to Bangkok) - they mailed it to her home (in Thailand, obviously) by Thai Post after 40 days!

Did the US Embassy in Manilla really ask you for that special Thai Police certificate?  I think that one can only be issued to Thai citizens that apply in person, but I could be wrong - you should clarify with the embassy in Manilla.
