Interview / Minor Child

For those that are doing a K1 Visa and your fiancee/fiance has a minor child or children - will the children be required to go through the interview as well?

If you are talking about the beneficiary fiance (K1 applicant), any children that is seeking K2 will also have to attend the interview, yes.

It depends on where the interview will take place. In Canada it is only children 14 and over that need to go.

6 year old k2 wAs required to have interview session, he was not interviewed per se but the CO did ask him questions. This was in October
