I just want to make sure before gathering all documents.

1-1. Do I need Proof of Beneficiary's Us travel? e.g. I-94 (My fiancé visited the US in 2016 (1month). Now she is in her country)

1-2. I have a question about I-129F filling. 'Part 2. Q37 Has you beneficiary ever been in the US?' In my case 'Yes' right?

2. No more need a G-325a, right?

3. Do I need to add or delete cover letter's contents below?

  • Payment in the amount of $535.

  • G-1145 e-Notification of Application Acceptance

  • I-129F (13 pages)

  • I-129F Supplement: Part 2, Question 54, explanation of meeting in person

  • Two Passport sized photos (Petitioner, Beneficiary)

  • A copy of Certificate of Naturalization/US Passport (Petitioner)

  • A copy of Legal Name Change (Petitioner)

  • Proof of Beneficiary’s US travel (Beneficiary)

  • Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

  • Proof of having met in person in the past two years

1-1 if you are using it as an evidence yes you may need it. However if your fiancé is not in the us right now you don't need I-94.(actually probably even then you don't need it as it is electronic right now.)

1-2 yes

3 yes you don't need that.

4 depends on what you put in it. If you don't put i-94 delete it.
