Did you at least get a receipt letter? My checks were also cashed without me getting anything at all. Hmm lets not worry, let's be patient.

You will probably get it soon! They cashed my checks Feb 22! And they received my package on Feb 09th. -According to my receipt the priority date is Feb 12. You will get it sooooon!

Well sometime over the weekend USCIS decided to cash the check!  Now just waiting for the all mighty text or email notification and then the paper NOA!  Finally some action on our case

App sent- 2/16/18

UPS delivered- 2/19/18

Text/Email Notification- 2/23/18 (around midnight)

Checked Cleared- 2/23/18

NOA1 Received - 2/27/18

Thanks! I think it is when they actually start processing your application. You know how others are ahead. (Since they sent before and UCIS starts processing in order).

Hi everyone,

 

i sent my application and it was signed by j Chyba on 13 feb  (after being rejected due to incorrect payment - biometrics weren’t included on feb 1st ; posted Jan 24th).

 

The checks still haven’t been cashed and I haven’t had any texts or indication...I am starting to worry now as I have to travel back to my home country for a family wedding in June.

 

is this usual? Has anyone else had an application received around the same time and not heard back?

Dont worry..i posted  mine on the 31st of Jan n was delivered on the 5th of Feb..just recieved my receipts yesterday. Am sure you will get it. All the best

Mine was also received on the 13 of Feb by J Chyba and nothing yet. Hard to be patient!

ROC:  Received Jan 25 2021    NOA 1: February 25 2021 (LIN/Nebraska).    BIOMETRICS: April 30  2021
APPROVED: June 23 2021     CARD DELIVERED:   June 30 2021

AOS:          Received Date:  April 2      NOA 1:  April 5 2018
Biometrics:  April 27  Fingerprint Review Was Completed:  April 30
Case Ready to be scheduled: May 3
( that update only showed up in August! after being notified about EAD&AP )
EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    (
Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!
