Sent mine on 17th February. They received it 20th and i got an acknowledgment on the 4th,  received notice on my mail.did finger print on 23rd March .

Got a mail on 28th Marchto send my birth certificate as the rejected the baptismal certificate i sent.

I sent it.

The received it on the ist April and acknowledged on the 4th April.

Removed it from hold and till now nothing.

When will the EAD be out.

I am worried

I am on C9

Just hang in there man! If we go by the average number of days from when USCIS acknowledges receipt of an application file to approval which is something between 130 - 150 days in most cases, you should get approved between mid to late July. Good luck and don’t give up yet. You’ll be fine!

Thank you Simon

The waiting is killing especially as nothing is being updated on the sites.

How can one survive without work. I am weary of staying at home when there are alot of bills to pay.

Thanks to an understanding husband,

I am not used to not working.

Does duration of marriage to filing affect the process?

I got married on August 2017 , filed on February though was on a B1/B2 visa.

Used to visit US often till love finds me on my last trip.

I am in New Jersey

Don't even know the centre my case will be handled.

I also pray to get interviewed and GC this year for i plan going to my country.

Staying at home doing nothing is exhausting and depressing

I think it doesn’t matter your visa type. If you qualify for the benefits for which you applied, you’ll definitely get them. As for your local service center, this depends on the address you gave USCIS. The closest USCIS Application Support Center will be the location for your interview. But all C09 EAD are processed at the National Benefits Center. Click the like button if my answers  satisfy your curiosity.:jest:

Hmmm! There’s only one NBC in Missouri also known as MSC or Missouri Service Center. They mostly process cases that require an interview and then send to the various local centers for interview and adjudication

5 service centers. 1 NBC. Majority of i485 EAD is NBC. Cause people send all their paperwork at once typically. If you apply seperate may be routed elsewhere.

I don’t think so. Cases that are routed to the NBC are mostly family based AOS and most specifically cases that require an interview. And since all family based AOS and employment based AOS must now undergo an interview, they’re all routed to the NBC

Your case would still be routed to the NBC if you’re applying under family based AOS or Employment based AOS regardless of whether you included all the paperwork in your application or not
