I had my AOS interview today at Raleigh. It went smoothly. They didn't ask us any questions so I can't really give advice on that. They just went through the yes/no questions on the i-485 and asked for our marriage date. They told us they don't approve at the interview in Raleigh and that we should find out via tracker by the end of the week. Now to wait some more :) good luck to everyone who is still waiting on that interview, S.

so all in all how long did you spend there?

The appointment time was 10:30, but there were lots of people with a 10:30 appointment time. So we didn't go into the interview until about 11:10. We spent less than 30mins in there doing oath, picture, fingerprints, photocopies and i-485 questions

Glad your interview went well! What did you end up bringing for evidence?

They didn't actually look at any of the evidence during the interview. She took it to be 'added to our file' and said our file would be reviewed before the tracker would update with the outcome. Kind of strange.

But we gave them 2 joint apartment leases, my health insurance with my husbands name as the sponsor, my husbands life insurance with me as a beneficiary, my husbands military DEERS information with me as spouse, a power of attorney from my husband to me for when he deploys next month and pictures of us with our friends and both families.

She clearly stated to us when asking for anything we want to submit that she couldn't tell us what they are looking for. Which sucked and meant we just had to guess at what to give them.

Hopefully it will be enough :/

Hey guys :) just wanted to keep everybody posted.

My AOS from K1 was received Feb 5th 2018.

I have been having the user defined error and now the tracker won’t even recognize my case number. I called today to know the status of my case and they told me it’s been ready for an interview since March 28th 2018. Hopefully my EAD will be approved soon aaaaaaaah it’s been 141 days now.

Oh that sucks. It does sound like you have a lot of compelling evidence. Anyway, you're not far off from getting your GC!:)
