Yes. It should start updating on Monday or Tuesday. Do you have the USCIS app on your phone to check and be notified?

Awesome, I just looked at your timeline. 113 days. So i'm almost there hopefully! Did your case status change online before you got the EAD?

That was an expedite, most ppl been near140 days. Think we seen feb2 and feb5 so far.

Sorry meant the other user did that, wanted information to be clear to people. My expedite request same spot as yours is currently, i am 124 myself. I expect we will get ours soon nothing else can do but 5 days and call again, but the officer last time told me they may not ask for evidence even based on how long you been waiting, same happened to many other people.

Hey all, we have the interview tomorrow and I need some quick help.

I heard someone struggled with showing the officer that the medical they took is still valid. The IO was insisting a K1 holder needs to retake the medical after 6 months. Its actually valid for a year for K1 holders.

Has anyone else had this problem? If I run into this problem, how can I show that I don't need another medical? I can't find the policy online to print out.

Thanks, S.

I was told you have to take the EAD to the social security office to remove conditions to be able to work etc. AOS time depends on your field office. Some are faster than others.

You do not need to take the EAD to SSA to be able to work.  As long as you already have your SSN, you can work.  We tried to use the EAD to remove the wording on the SS Card and were told that you need the GC to do that.
