Hey Guys,

I sent my package out on 2/10, and USCIS received it on 2/13. When can I expect the check to clear? Do they usually deposit the check before sending out the NOA1?

Mine was also received on 2/13. No news so far.

Hi again. Grr I havent receive anything yet. Docs were received Feb 8 at 8pm so considering Feb 9! Ah and I only sent 2 passport photos as that is what my attorney told me. Will this be a problem?

I have no idea if it is mandatory to send more pictures. I talked to many friends that went thru this process and they told me they sent 2 for each form, so 6 total. That's what I did but I don't know if it means a problem for you.

I sent in 6 because I considered the three applications for AOS, AP and EAD separate. I assumed they would be processed separately and each set of instructions asked for 2 pictures. I wouldn't worry though, it shouldn't affect your AOS, you just might get RFE for your EAD and AP asking for them.

I didnt send any pictures of my husband.

Hmm..not exactly sure what is going on.  I do know of a November filer who send paper work on 11/21 and check was cashed by 11/30.  They received notification about 3/4 days after packet was received.  It took about 80 days for them to receive Work Permit and Travel approval.  But I praying that all works out smoothly for all of us.
