Okay so its an issue across the country. Some of us CA, som east coast. Again heres hoping it means we get interviews.

I called and as expected they told me that the case is still pending and nothing to be worried about the error response of the case status bec they have been experiencing this error lately.

She even told me that the processing times for my local office is 11 -26 months.

Congressman rep said 2 yars this week. Who knows what schedule to beleive anymore. Sounds like they blocked you from even reaching a T2 rep. Think the interview glitch is done and maybe need to focus on pushing for the EAD now :(. Or move to Portland...

Just checked our case on the egov. It also changed from user defined to case not recognized. I hope to be right but I really think they are working on our cases. Does anyone know if cases after us are having same message?

Not a new site. DHS and and USCIS run diff parts of process. Also won’t have latest update. Cause fellow “glitch” clan we are all “queued for an interview” status which DHS site never shows I beleive.

Have heard of no march/apr/may filers being “glitch clan”. Not sure how we could verify that one.

Guys, I got great news. I listened to all the talk of expediting the EAD here and decided to try it for my wife. We expedited hers on the 1st of June because she got a job and was to resume training on the 12th. They requested for evidence and I submitted it on the 8th. Then on the 12th, I checked online and saw that my request was assigned to an officer for response. Then the next day, I checked again and they had sent a response to my request for expedite. I figured they must have rejected it because the response was so fast. However yesterday afternoon I checked online and it says 'new card is in production'. We are so excited and happy.

I also expedited my 2 kids' EADs on the 5th of June because they were in danger of having their dental insurance terminated. Their medical is already terminated. I also sent evidence of this to them. I am hoping for the same outcome.

Congrats! When did they request for evidence if I may ask?

They just said I should submit evidence that justifies the listed criteria for making an expedite request.

Okay but actually, I’m taking about the time from filling to their response.

You mean filing the expedite? It took about 15 days. I think they were trying to meet the start date for my wife's training which began on the 12th...at least that's what I want to believe...lol

So how many days later after putting in the request did you receive a response? Well, they will normally reply with 5 days. Was this same for you?
