My husbands case is also stuck in user defined error since case started. Do you think an info pass appointment would be good?

Join the party...hah. Yes for sure if you can get one go and ask. They will confirm what stage his case is at and where the file is located. Very likely 80% he will be told "your case is queued to be scheduled for an interview".

Couldn’t agree more. hah

Yeah it’s highly suggested for us who are stuck with user defined error to book an infopass

He spoke to a tier 2 officer last month, they said his case is ready to be scheduled for interview since March. I thought your infopass helped progress your case but seems that it’s just to confirm what we already know.

Have you called USCIS to speak with a tier 2 officer?

Maybe it’s just a bug that they can’t fix again.

Ive had the same thing for a while atleast for 3 months. Now when I logged in today my case is GONE!!!!! Terrible!!!!

When I spoke with a tier two officer he said that our application was ready to be scheduled an interview but that I could take 25 months.

Im hoping that the EAP/AP will come very soon. THis week we also met with a representative from our congressmans office. We filled out an application for assistance on our case and he said he should have news/update by this Monday at the latest.

Good morning everybody! I received a notification from the USCIS website saying “ we have taken an action on your case “. I needed to log into my account but of course it got blocked due to multiple attempts ( I couldn’t remember the password). I’m going to call USCIS to reset my password but any idea what it means??
