I did call them and they returned my call two hours later with an update that my case is being prepared for interview. I think you just need to insist. As for the user error, they can’t fix it for now

Yes, I do. I can’t see any information about my case online

I checked my EAD case status today. It updated to "Biometrics check was completed on April 8"  .hopefully soon I will get my work permit.

The case tracker finally worked for me for the first time!  Showed the fingerprint review was completed. I was finally able to enter the receipt numbers for everything except for the AP which I am still getting an error message. 

Many ideas what will happen next and when?

Dont get me wrong but these are the exact same questions we all want the answer for. Hard to know when things are going to happen. If you file for AOS and have received all your receipts, keep track of you local office and where they are as to the AOS processing.

I hear ya. Thanks for the reply. I generally check it about once a week. Hopefully the AP comes soon. Then it’s just the waiting game for the AOS. Important thing isn’t she’s here and we are together.

Mine is the same too! When did you do your biometrics? I did mines March 13! And it says the same thing that it was complete as of April 08..  From my experience when I did DACA (I know unrelated in this situation) -once it said that it was complete, I received my work permit in about 2 weeks. I also wonder how this is different based on AOS.

You said everything "she’s here and we are together."  People often forget this and freaks out during AOS. In other words, before AOS we all wanted to be with our lovers and now that we are, lets apply for AOS and enjoy them. Good luck

Got the same message as well, Biometrics completed on April 8th

Still receiving this message. Another phone call with the rep saying its an error. We're hoping an interview request will be in the mail but nothing so far.
