Got my biometrics letter for 3/19 this past weekend!

I'm just worried about not bringing my cell phone.. I don't have a car to put my cell phone in. I guess I'll just have to print out a map for travel directions haha.

Hey I had the same problem, I don't drive and my husband was in work. I called USCIS and the lady said just turn it off and keep it in your bag. I did and was fine. The security guard told me to go put it in my car, I explained I didn't have one and he just told me to turn it off and keep it in my bag.

In my case I had the phone with me and so did my spouse when we wen to ASC. However once inside whilst we were in the queue they reminded everybody to turn their cell phones off. I guess that it is OK to have it with you; specially in this day n age we all use them for navigation. Just don't use it whilst inside the ASC

Just got the three texts and e-mails!! I wasn't expecting to hear anything on a Sunday at almost midnight, I'm just so happy! Let's hope that the rest goes smoothly

Happy for you bro. They received mine on the 26th of Feb. No texts or emails. I'm beginning to feel some frustration.

I didnt try yet, I guess I will just wait another week as I still am at the regular processing time, after 30 days pass since delivery date I will call.

Hi I'm on the same timeline as you (AOS package delivered Feb 23rd) and I called USCIS today as I still hadn't heard anything. They said my receipt was in the mail and had been sent on March 8th. I haven't received any texts or emails but I did notice the check had been cashed today. Hopefully it may be the same for you?

They might let it go until the interview and then you'll correct it there or you might get an RFE but I don't think they're going to reject it for this.

Oh, i get it. I appreciate your response.

Sorry to hear that :( I wonder if calling them prompted them to get the text and emails sent out. According to the tracker my case was received on the 26th Feb!

When I called them, I explained the situation and they said they need to transfer my call to the next level officers to find out what was happening since it had been longer than 10 days since I sent the package. I had to request a call back as there was such a high volume of calls, the tier 2 officer called back about 4 hours later and asked my name, date of birth and address to confirm my identity. She was able to find my info on the database and tell me my case had been received and my NOA1 hard copies were in the mail. It's definitely worth giving them a call if you're stressing about it!
