I checked my case number for my I485 and it says that they have sent an RFIE to us.

Let’s see what is the document they need from us.

Thanks! I think it is when they actually start processing your application. You know how others are ahead. (Since they sent before and UCIS starts processing in order).

I see thank you.  Our NOA1s do not have priority date.  I am thinking it because we did K-1 visa.

I got that as well. It seems almost every other applicants are now getting this most dreaded RFE. It’s a pity especially when you know you did your utmost best to submit a rich package.

Sorry to hear you got an RFE.  If you don't mind, please keep us posted as to what they will be asking you for.  Really appreciate it.  Another thing I notice on your time line you have Biometric notice already, are you allow to go to the office prior to the date they have on the notice?

I have tried to check the status of my case online but it says the receipts number dose not exist

Same here, but we just received our notices today.  So I am thinking it can take so type to show up in the system. Not sure when yours was received.
