Hi all,  today I received an initial interview letter for my AOS at Raleigh office. My interview is on June 25th. My NOA1 date is Feb 21 and I am adjusting from K1 here. We are super happy and ho

Hey everyone!   We just got approved for the green card! Interview was smooth, we came 1:55 and right at 2:00 we were invited to the room for the interview. The lady was really nice!

Hang in there everyone!  Your day is just around the corner.  We just got approved today and they ordered the card as of 6/15/18.  We are so happy and especially relieved!  We were so worried.

It’s totally frustrating and stressful. Just keep your eye on the prize and know they will complete it. I have learned so much about being patient which in turn has helped me be a better husband to my wife and a better father to my son. It would be totally easier if there was an end date even if a long way off because you could at least see yourself getting closer to the end. It’ll happen

Did it start working today? I've heard that sometimes it takes time for them to put you in the system but I'm not sure how long...

Biometrics:  April 27  Fingerprint Review Was Completed:  April 30
Case Ready to be scheduled: May 3 ( that update only showed up in August! after being notified about EAD&AP )
EAD&AP  We approved your case:  August 8   /  In the mailbox:  August 16 2018
Interview   -    March 14 2019    ( Notice Date:  February 1)  -   Approved!

Did these come in the same envelope or differently? I only see one envelope on my informed delivery from uscis and I'm at work now so I can't check the mail! 😭

The very kind and sweet supervisor declined to do a walk in. Stating its not an emergency. I think it all depends on who you get.

 

Sorry to hear this, at least its only a few days away now.

This is my worry too. My husband is on a military training course for the whole of April and the nearest biometrics centre is 3 hours away. Hoping and praying I get a March appt. date because I'm not sure how I would get there otherwise and would have to try and walk in before he left.

Hoping for a March appointment for you. Im sure they would accommodate the two of you since your spouse is in the military.

Thanks, this process is so 'hit and miss'. I wish they just laid out the rules so everyone knew where they stood.

Hey guys so we received Biomtrics appointment letter today, thank God.  Set for 3/12/18.

 

 App sent- 2/16/18

UPS delivered- 2/19/18

Text/Email Notification- 2/23/18 (around midnight)

Checked Cleared- 2/23/18

NOA1 Received - 2/27/18

Biometric Letter Received- 3/2/18
