Hi all,  today I received an initial interview letter for my AOS at Raleigh office. My interview is on June 25th. My NOA1 date is Feb 21 and I am adjusting from K1 here. We are super happy and ho

Hey everyone!   We just got approved for the green card! Interview was smooth, we came 1:55 and right at 2:00 we were invited to the room for the interview. The lady was really nice!

Hang in there everyone!  Your day is just around the corner.  We just got approved today and they ordered the card as of 6/15/18.  We are so happy and especially relieved!  We were so worried.

Doing I-485, I-131, and I-765

 

 

01/12/17 – I-129F mailed 
01/17/17 – Delivered to lockbox  

01/20/17 - NOA1  

01/27/17 – I-797C arrived via USPS

05/05/17 - NOA2

05/23/17 - NVC Recieve

09/11/17 - Approved at Interview

09/30/17 - Visa in hand

10/17/17 - POE Washington DC

11/11/17 - Married 

01/29/18 - AOS sent via USPS

02/20/18 - TXT and email notification of receipt

09/29/18 - EAD recieved

02/12/19 - Interview Scheduled

Wow. Mine was received 2 days after you! Hopefully it goes by as quick as yours. I haven't receive any letters at all. All I know is the checks were cashed on Thursday Feb 22.  Hmm should  I start feeling concerned lol. I hope my mailing address was filled out correctly.

Close timelines. I wouldn’t be too worried we just received our hard copies of the noa for the AOS, EAD and AP the day before. Seems to be pretty random who get theirs sooner or a bit later. Did you sign up for text and email notification?

No, I didnt. Didnt even know it was an option lol. Hopefully i get something this week!

02/26/2018 - Received NOA1 email/text notifications

02/26/2018 - Checks cashed

03/01/2018 - Received physical NOA1 in the mail (PD is 2/13/2018)

03/10/2018 - Received biometrics letter in the mail (Notice Date - 03/03/2018, Appointment Date - 03/19/2018)

03/16/2018 - Received RFIE dated 3/12/2018 (For I-864)

03/19/2018 - Biometrics done 

03/22/2018 - Mailed RFIE response package via USPS Priority Mail Express

03/24/2018 - USCIS received RFIE package

03/26/2018 - USCIS notification that they have received RFIE (case is no longer on hold)

04/04/2018 - Biometrics has been reviewed

I am pretty certain that it is before.  Usually the day before you receive the e-notice.

Hmm, I guess it's possible that they've already cashed the checks, and that there's just a lag with my bank account.

I posted mine on 01/31 and got delivered on 02/04..till now have not received any news but the check was cashed on the 20th..hope am not getting RFE...am so worried now..good luck people
