I'm sure you can come up with an excuse of why you had to go back to China for a few months to save face.

Yes that's what I said she should do. Return home and apply for F1 Visa.

That's why I said go back to China for a few months to apply for visa and use excuse to satisfy family face issue. Sorry if it wasn't clear.

Something must be getting lost in translation.

OP is visiting the US, by definition visits come to an end, where does saving face some into this?

I guess you missed it. From Op:

"And I don’t really wanna go back home to change the type of visa cause I’m afraid of flight and people always think you should come back unless  you really did great jobs after you leave your hometown. I really can’t take it cause I feel humiliated."

I was addressing this comment.

So OP must have lied to people about why he was going to the US then..... now he’s worried he’ll lose face when getting caught out. In the meanwhile he has screwed up royally by violating his visa status. Imagine the humiliation when he has to tell people he’s denied entry back into the US.

I just wish people would actually think through the longer-term ramifications of their actions sometimes.

He is afraid of flight, so how did he get here? Go back the same way, presumably by ship.

He did not move to the US he has a B Visa for visiting, I am sure Chinese people visit places all the time and return home with no issue, I have seen plenty do so.

Again, why does a visitor need an excuse to return home to his family following a temporary visit?  China is his home!
