Filing the i-765 and i-131 with my husband's Adjustment of Status package and I can't figure out if I need to put separate certified copies of our marriage certificate with both the I-765 and I-131? I have one for the i-485 but am hoping I don't have to order 2 more for the EAD and travel authorization. I can't seem to find anything about having a certified copy or non-certified copy in the official information pages and on other sites I see conflicting information.

You only need photocopies for the AOS package.  Keep your certified copy.  Send photocopies ONLY.

Thanks! I see that in the official i-485 directions sheet now and if a regular copy is good enough for that packet, I'm sure it's good enough for the 765 and 131.
