Hi,

My H1B got approved by USCIS in Aug 2017. I came to India for stamping. They issued me a 221(g) white slip. They requested for 1. Extended contract with my client, 2. Complete Itinerary of services and engagement for the duration of my petition(Till 2020). I work for an IT consulting firm and the issue with my petition is that they mentioned my work location as my clients office location(they missed to add their own office location in the petition as my possible work location if we don't have the contract). My employer has in-house projects as well. But due the issue with the petition consulate is looking for work at client location. Now the contract they used to file the petition was expired on Dec, 2016 and the current contract that we have is till Jun 2018.

What's the best approach I should take to tackle this case in terms to documents that makes the case strong enough to be approved? Really appreciate your help.

Thanks,
Arindam

Agree this is something for the Lawyers to handle, lots of red flags.
