Why did you think it was okay for US taxpayers to pick up the bill for your delivery? You could've owned up to the fact you traveled to the US with no medical insurance and made arrangements to pay the hospital back when you were being discharged.

I think the Hospitals prefer getting paid by J Medicaid rather than something maybe from an individual.

No i didn't try yet but i want to pay back the emergency madicaid back since am capable enough to pay now and will apply for the visa

So this bill has been outstanding for 20 years??? Why have you not made any attempt, even $50 a month, to pay it back? People who live and work here go bankrupt over having to pay back medical bills - we don't get a 20-year grace period. My husband is having knee surgery next month and we have to pay our part of the bill before they will even consider giving him the anasthetic. You had 9 months to prepare for the birth, including the cost of it. So you could pay the air fare here but not the hospital bill? 

 

I don't know how you can even bear to ask advice from people who pay taxes here to fund Medicaid that you have stolen from.

 

From a visa perspective, think of it this way. The USA bestowed a privilege upon you in granting you admission into a country that is not yours. Imagine you let some stranger live in your house because you were being kind. But that stranger stole from you. Would you let that stranger live with you again if he asked you? Likely you'd say "no way! I was kind enough to open the door to him before. I told him to pay for his own needs but instead he stole from me."

so u have three kids who are usc and you had all of them when u were on a tourist visa but for the last one u decided that it is too expensive and used emergency medicaid which you now want to pay back 20 years laterbecause u need a new tourist visa?!

Oh I see. So you had nerve not to pay for 20 years and decided to pay now as your child will be turning 21 soon and may be able to do AOS for you. Cool, got it. So you basically stole our (US taxpayers) money for 20 years and did not get any interest to pay until now. I get it. Just wondering, would you pay that bill if you would not want to go to USA again? It will probably be unpaid forever as you wouldn't have any reason to pay it back. And then, you came back to us here to ask how to get a visa? Not going to happen, sorry. I highly doubt that you'll be getting a visa anytime soon even with the bill paid off (the first question a CO will have if why you did not pay it before within 20 years -- it's a lot of time -- and only paying now).

So you use money from US taxpayers, don't pay it back for 20 years, and still think you should be allowed to come here? Nah.

My fiancé and I have been working for a year to bring him here legally. He knows he's not allowed to claim public funds or become a public charge. He doesn't think the rules don't apply to him. I also know if I go to his country, and have a kid using public funds, then I'm going to get into serious trouble.

You can't steal services and still expect the privilege of receiving a visa. This is a consequence of poor decision-making. No sympathy here.

OP have your son file i130 for you so you can immigrate while ur staying in your country.. forget about tourist visa its waste of time and money

 

I doubt ur unpaid medical bill from 20 years will even come up... im not sure if there is a question in the ds260 about this

Wrong.....The passport number is recorded..The previous B2 visa is recorded...The b2 visa cancellation is recorded......the reason is recorded.......these are permanent records.....somewhere along the route, this WILL come up, and the result will not be good.....
