I just spent 10 mins in there sitting all by myself.

ditto..i be there a few times..got to write to stacey once and i think peter miami fiancee or peter once...most of the times ..no one is there....

Haha, sok...I did the same thing not too long ago. Rebecca made this awful sound to get my attention one night that scared me half to death!!!

I saw you tried to use the same tactic but the headphones are plugged in as not to wake DH who's already asleep (smart one!). Good thing I didn't have them on though, I think the volume is still way up from when I was listening to NIN earlier. :lol:

Removal hearing July 12th 2006

RFE's received for I360 and EAD 13th October 2006

NOID received March 2007

EAD denied March 2007

Back to Immigration Court April 18th 2007

NOID request for evidence received USCIS 3rd May 2007

I 360 touched May 31st 2007

I 360 actually approved May 30th 2007

EAD filed June 23rd 2007

I 485 filed July 24th 2007

NOA1 for I 485 August 1st 2007

EAD approved August 6th 2007

Medical with CS August 28th 2007

Biometrics August 24th 2007

Paperwork sent to Immigration Judge to finally terminate removal proceedings September 10th 2007

 

GREEN CARD FINALLY APPROVED AFTER 4 YEARS September 9th 2008 :D

 

N-400 Filed online 03/04/2018

NOA online 03/05/2018- projected Citizenship completion date December 2018

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

I was there last night around 8:00 p.m. (central time) and there were several in there. Between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m. (CST) is the best time to come I think.

7/29/05- Interview date- Approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/06/05-Tony comes home to Tennessee!!!

10/08/05-WE'RE MARRIED!!! I love this man!

AOS/EAD/AP

11/26/05-filed for emergency AP

11/29/05-filed for AOS/EAD

03/07/06-online EAD approval

03/10/06-received EAD in post and passed driving test (Wow what a day)

07/26/06-AOS Interview---APPROVED!!!!!!

07/31/06-received 'Welcome to America' Letter

08/07/06-received Green card in post wooooooooohoooooooo

03/30/09-received approval to remove conditions!
