all his written is in English.

I just dont know how do the translation should be, can we just write the traslation? or should I just leave it like that.

I saw some videos people using post-its to translate some conversations is that fine?

I honestly wouldn't spend the time translating emails and chats considering it's not primary evidence and won't make or break your case. Otherwise If you do use it as evidence only use English portions

oh ok, thank you. the problem with us is that we are border to border we dont have plane tickets or things like that.

so should I reconsider the emails and chats? I dont want to add stuff that i no need and then get something wrong

Someone else can chime in but for the NOA2 I wouldn't worry about chats so much, but it would be more useful during the embassy stage.

You just need to prove that you two met within 2 years up till the petition. But you can add a simple timeline to explain how you met and your relationship.

for chats, if you decide to use them as evidence you need to translate. That being said they are secondary evidence, so try to find as many hard evidence as you can.

Hi @VANESSA NOLGUEN, my fiance and I sent our chats mainly in spanish as we are both native speakers and it wasn't a problem. As stated above, chats are secondary evidence so while we did send a page full of screenshots of chats over months - we focused more on showing we physically met in person within 2 years. We sent things like copies of my passport pages showing my entry and exit to his home country, hotel/ airbnb bills where it was under my name and he paid with his card or vice versa (to prove we stayed together), and like 10 pictures together and with some with family.

Hope this helps!

thank you, it does help. we live border to border so we dont have that kind of evidence thats why I was confused. I can only send pictures and emails since he just cross the border to see us. I hope thats enough. thank you.

Got it, but don't they still need to stamp his passport upon exit or entry? Sorry I've never been to Mexico so I don't know. Either way, focus on the primary evidence that is required. The rest looks good and definitely helps but isn't crucial. The more primary evidence you have the less you have to worry about the extra stuff.

they dont, BUT im sure they keep track on how many times a citizen cross, Im hoping I wont need it. but maybe if I do we will probably have to ask the border for those records or something who knows how. it most be hard to get,  I dont know . hopefully I have everything needed.

thank you so much for all your help, you are awesome!!
