Hello,

So my Journey has not been the fastest and things certainly did not occurred as I would have liked. When I got into the country on May 12 I had a plan., to get everything done quickly. I got my SSN about two weeks after my arrival but when i tried to get my license I was told I needed to have a FL ID card and to get that I would need some other form of ID other than my Jamaican one. I waited until we got married in June, mailed off the OAS, sadly it was returned after several weeks of waiting for a response. Then the hurricane came and further delayed the process. Up to this point i am still waiting for my green card! I recently got my EAD card so  I am wondering if I can just go to the DMV again with my EAD this time and get my driver's license?

NB: I will take the I-94 with me just the same as although i know its way beyond 90 days. I tried to get it done within that time but i cant rush immigration
