Hello 

 

Myself suman joshi, i live in USA , i m on H4 visa and my husband is on H1 b. We want to apply for tourist visa of my mom she is wisow and my father passed away before 4 years ,  I m a single child of my parents. My mother live  with her mother in India and she has family members like inlaws, brothers, sister all in India and also she has property like own house , savings, fixdeposits and life insurance all 

my que is that 

how can she get successfully visitor visa ? Which kind of documentation will we do so that she can get visa successfully please give advice we r so confused on this situation.

Have her provide all of the documents to support the evidence of strong ties to her country that you posted. Sounds like she has good financial evidence. The family members you listed are less of a tie (many people leave family behind).

 

Remember that SHE  is applying for a visitor visa. Outside of helping her prepare the application, you do nothing for her visa.

 Understand totally but want to know how she can show her family ties and financial ties in front of VO

You don't apply, SHE does. Your mother would be the applicant. 

She can carry financial documents to the interview, but it'll be up to the CO if he\she wants to look at the documents.

She applies, the information required is part of the application.
