Visa Journey Processing times

I have a question, how are the Visa Journey processing times calculated?  Yesterday I checked the processing times on VJ for I-751 and it said they were processing September 21, 2016.  Today it is September 7, 2016.  Its more confusing than the processing times given from USCIS.  Anyone know anything about this?

ROC

5/31/17 mailed packet to CSC priority mail

6/05/17 NOA1 received.  (Dated 6/1/2017)

6/17/17 NOA2 received.  Biometrics Appt. on 6/27

6/27/17 Biometrics completed

It's based on the data from VJ members' timelines. Somebody may have mistyped data, or new data may have come in suggesting that they aren't processing quite that far yet. They are only estimates.

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
