BTW, there is nothing wrong with saying you want the economy to tank. I want the economy to tank. Not because I want to promote pain and suffering but precisely because I want to avoid it. The longer the current charade goes on, the worse the long term damage it will cause. Saying "I don't want to think negatively" is like saying I'm gonna stick my head in the sand and let them continue to kick the can down the road.

Bill Maher is the epitome of a Liberal Democrat and has openly talked of wanting the economy to crater. I try to watch his show every week to be honest with you. What's funny is that Progressives hate him and call him a "ordinary Democrat"

Thinking the econmy may tank and thinking a correction or recession or whatever is over due is way diffrent. 

 

Bill wants people to suffer so Trump will not be re reelected.

If I remember you got out of stocks several years back because the big crash was about to happen. Do you regret that move now? Not saying it still might not happen.

I didn't get "out of stocks" because I was never "in stocks". I trade options and wherever the market goes that's where I go(I emphasized that an enormous amount of times, btw). I never could have imagined they would kick the can down the road this long, and expected a bear market in 2015. We got a nice little crash, but it recovered, and I announced I was neutral afterwards(neutral on the market, still see the economy as BS). I'm also dedicating alot more of my time these days to crypto rather than the stock market...and I am alot happier there. So to answer your question - no, I really don't regret any financial move I've made over the last few years...

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
