Late Change of Address/Legal Name change of Sponsor

Hello everyone,

My husband has been in the US for nearly the last two years on a K1 visa. The co-sponsor for our petition recently married and moved; I neglected to remind her of the requirement to notify the USCIS of a change of her address within 30 days. It has now been several months since her move, and she has legally changed her last name as a result of her marriage. Has anyone had an experience with filing a change of address late, and was there a fine? Second, will her change in legal name affect anything? My husband will be applying to lift conditions on his visa this spring so we want to be sure everything is in order. Thank you!
