Actual phone number for juarez mexico consulate for live person

My case was expedited due to medical reasons. I signed up online and notice that appointments are out until June 2018. That is five months away and just doesn't seem right. I have been trying to call the Juarez consulate to get further instructions but every number i tried just sends me to an automated system that has become the tenth circle of h$ll. If you have a real number for immigrant visa scheduling with Juarez, I would appreciate it.

I'm currently in that same circle. I did find a 3rd number, have you tried this number: +52 656 344 3003 . i'm going to try calling on monday. My pregnant wife is due the same week that the first available appointment.
