COULD I ENTER US WITH BOTH F1 AND K1?

I filed my K-1 application on October, 3, 2017. Supposing the longest days they need, I can still get my K-1 Visa before June 2018.

But I am currently applying for the master's program, and if I was enrolled, they have to issue me a student visa.

Since it takes another around half a year to get a Green Card after I entered U.S. and get registered with my husband.

The problem is could I enter America this year with both K-1 and F-1? ( I really hope I can get enrolled by my school)?

No, you can only enter in one status and on one visa type.

Hypnos, help me out here...I completely agree with the one status--one visa part...in my opinion, the student visa is out of the question because the OP has an intent to immigrate (the K-1 application). But, if I not mistaken (and please correct me if I am wrong), the OP could enter as K-1, marry within 90 days, adjust status and then apply/attend the Master's program. It might delay graduation, but everything is done ethically and legally.

Sure. They may have to pay the out of state or even foreign tuition rates until they have an EAD or green card, however. That will depend on the state.
