I am an American Permanent Resident of The United States/green holder Card. I am a resident for almost 5 years. I had recently being charged with my DUI 2ndoffense and Possession of Marijuana 1st offense.

My first DUI was in 2011. It was 7 years ago. I completed everything for it and I paid every fee and obeyed with the law. 

 

The DUI 2nd offense and Possession 1st offense processes are not done yet. There is a chance my Attorney will show enough proves that were found for the case that might lead to dismissal of my case. My court date is March 28th of 2018 “this year.”

 

By having on my record these missdemeanours could or will prevent of my naturalization/Citizenship of USA? 

-2 DUIs with 7 years with separation

     (1 might DUI might be dismiss)

-Drugged Paraphernalia.

-Possession of Marijuna 1st offense

      (This offense might be dismiss) 

 

I am getting a immigration lawyer right it away to show my case and follow up with instructions of the Immigration Attorney Specilist.

Well, it's not going to help - especially in the current, regressive political climate. A history of "Crimes of Moral Turpitude" is a reason to be denied for citizenship, and while your offenses may not be a problem, it kind of depends on the officer assigned to your case. Wait for your current charges to be dealt with one way or the other, and then consult an immigration attorney (your criminal defense lawyer probably doesn't know anything about immigration law) and see what they say about your chances.
