There's really no way to update that info during your biometrics appointment, if memory serves.

 

That's why I said to inform the IO about your change in marital status at the beginning of your N400 interview (if it's not already on your application).

That is your opportunity to correct it, if need be.

It is already on the N400 application. Both marriages are listed and I submitted both the divorce decree and new marriage certificate.

 

So at this point you're telling me it really isn't a problem, so I shall put it aside and hope for the best.

Yes!  You did all applications correctly. The biometric people don't do any updates to your application, they just take fingerprints/photos and upload. You have not withheld anything. They know you divorced (I-751). They know you are married again (N-400).

I'm back to round off this thread with an answer just in case anyone comes along with a similar question in the future.

 

I interviewed in Atlanta on 4/30 and was approved that day. They asked no questions about my previous marriage beyond confirming her name and how many times I had been married.
