My wife in the US have applied for her citizenship since June 2017 and she have also filed for me too as her spouse in December 2017 for my permanent residence on her green card since she still awaits her citizenship.  She has been called for biometrics but.

1. How long will it for her to be called for interview and will also get her citizenship?

2. What is the timeline for my own application for green card as her spouse?

3. As she awaits her citizenship interview can she travel out of US?

Your wife's citizenship will be based on how long her local field office takes.

Have you applied for AOS?  if so look at your local field office processing times for AOS timelines or on Visa Journey in the AOS section.  It was taking around a year, two years ago, might be quicker now.  It takes around 3 months for employment authorisation and AP (could be different now, as again was 2 years since I applied) You need to ask this question on the AOS section here.

She can travel if she has her Green card or an i551 stamp in her passport if she is still in legal status which I assume she is if she is applying for citizenship.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

Thank you for the reply

Am not in the US, am in Nigeria and she is in US so I don't think AOS will be appropriate for me. Am an alien spouse so I think I130 will be more appropriate

For my wife she is on green card so she can travel but how long can she stay?

Applicants for naturalization are of course allowed to travel like all permanent residents. The same rules apply to all green card holders, whether they have applied for US citizenship or not.

You can see the following link for a summary of those rules:

https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/after-green-card-granted/international-travel-permanent-resident

After applying for citizenship, however, your spouse should be mindful of the length of time she spends outside of the US, so that she continues to meet both the physical presence and continuous residence requirements.
