Hey guys

I need some advice on what to do so I got married in October 2015 and filed my i485 and i130 based on marriage in April 2016 I had my interview in September 2016 it went good and then the interviewer asked me to step out and she asked my wife about an ex boyfriend which was so weird and that was during the presence of the lawyer and that’s it she let her out and she didn’t ask me any questions or anything and I haven’t heard from them since that day. So since that day I did a bunch of inquires I called a bunch of times did an info pass went to the congressman that represents our district and explained my situation and he mailed USCIS and every single thing me the response that I get is background checks it’s so frustrating it’s been almost a year and a half since the interview and me and my wife have been together for little over 2 years I don’t know what’s going on so if I can get advice or recommendations would be greats thanks folks

But how would that affect me

Well... logically speaking if he is involved in anything that she could have possibly been involved in without even knowing... that puts you in a possible involvement too...

i am not really sure but i know that immigration are very strict about stuff like that...

have had bad experience with border officers...
