My wife and I spontaneously married and we are filing the I130 and I485 but she got word she will not be allowed to have her place in Germany anymore come March has anyone had this happen and what could this affect?

Why don't you just have her stay if the marriage was truly spontaneous

YMMV

She is staying here but worried because she is losing her address in Germany that might cause problems

What kind of problems?  She can stay in the US and you can file the I-130/I-485 and she adjusts her status from the US without ever going back to Germany if she wants

YMMV
