SO my wife filed for my i130 in oct 2017 so are we have only received a text,a mail and notice saying the case was submitted

can anyone tell me how long it’s gonna take for me to hear anything future with my case I have case tracker app I checked it everyday all it says we have received ur case can anyone help me

Around 6 to 8 months from priority date.

6-11 months depends on which service center went too. Please update your timeline so people can help you and give you exact answer.

My Spouse Visa P. D is 10 Oct 2017

Texas service  center and Visa  journey is showing estimated approval time as between 8 May and 20 May.

The first three letters indicate the USCIS service center which is processing the petition, as follows:

– EAC – Vermont Service Center;
– VSC – Vermont Service Center;
– WAC – California Service Center;
– CSC – California Service Center;
– LIN – Nebraska Service Center;
– NSC – Nebraska Service Center;
– SRC – Texas Service Center;
– TSC – Texas Service Center;
– MSC – National Benefits Center;
– NBC – National Benefits Center;
– IOE – ELIS (e-Filing); and
– YSC – Potomac Service Center.

Case was filed on oct 31 received notice of file recieved 1 week after that  & Got allocated to Potomac service center

I called USCIS they said they currently dealing with March 2017 cases

Since it went to Potomac, you will have petition approved by 6 months if you did not receive RFE

I also filed in October ..to my knowledge it's around April or May..my case was sent to TSC.

like we get email or letter for interview or like what is next thing we gonna hear form them
