Can someone else's bank account be used for a I 134

I'm trying to sponsor my finance from Iraq to visit on a b2 visa  but I do not make alot of money as a 21 year old college student. So my mother or father would sponsor her my mother making over 50k a year and my father making over 60k a year l, but the porblem is they never have money in there bank accounts I have a steady 3 thousand dollars for the past year and have another 6 thousand I can deposit into my account at the moment, can they sponsor her with their income and use my bank account for a bank statement?

I wouldn't worry about the bank account because you cannot sponsor a tourist visa at all. They must qualify on their own merits.

A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a nonimmigrant tourist visa. There is no sponsorship of visitor visa. The applicant must apply on their own merits.

Sponsorship if for Immigrant Visa's.

An I-134 is not filed, it is presented at the interview. USCIS does not deal with tourist visas at all. Visas are handled by DOS, not USCIS (which is under DHS).

 

The DOS website is provided above, which explicitly states that 1) you can present an I-134, and 2) it will not a factor they will consider.

God this is so complicated lol, anyway thank you very much for info you just saved me alot of time and stress
