hi all, I'm married to a US citizen but we both live together overseas. Me and my wife really like tourism around the world.

we just want to make a tour to USA for couple of weeks knowing that I have two Schengen visas + Dubai visa .

the problem is that we already filed for CR1 visa and was told by many people that there's a high chance of denial because of the processing.

we just want to make a tour like we usually do, so how possible is it to get the tourist visa ?

thanks,

Apply and find out.

thanks,

Having other visas doesn’t count for anything.

being able to show very firm ties that will take you back to your current country of residence is most important. You haven’t give any indication of what those ties might be so impossible to give you any reasonable answer yet...

I have Work status + lease accommodation + Bank statement + our families living here

I don't know what other ties I should provide but if you have more options please tell me

You can get a letter from your employer stating you will return after your vacation, and can show lease still ongoing - will help.

thanks buddy I will give it ma shot and see what happens. If denied, does it have a negative affect on the CR1 processing ?

Only if the denial is for something like a criminal history. Denial for immigrant intent won’t have any impact on an immigrant visa application.
