we have call embassy that Her parents income tax records has her name as a dependence will be enough or not they said her parents Income tax records does not prove physical presence in United state.

When applying for a CRBA the agent told me he would accept my parents income tax records as proof of physical presence if I had at least two years after 14, however my parents are dead and their paper documents long lost and the IRS website says you can only get copies for the last ten years which would be outside the window. This was a last option basically as I was home schooled after 7th grade and did not attend college in the USA, he had no interest in earlier school records.
