She never attended school since she was born....neither elementary or high school at all, correct?  Doesn't matter if she graduated or not if that's what you're thinking....was she home-schooled in the US by her parents?

She never went for a doctor's appointment in the US ever since she was born, either?  Check ups, shots, etc.?

Come on be real, you do not live in the US for 18 years without leaving a paper trail.

You can't provide what you don't have, so all you can do is hope for the best with the passport info since that's all that you've got.

I know...that's why I added the "hope for the best" part.

I find it hard to fathom that the parents made sure to add the daughter as a tax deduction but not enroll her in school...well, truth be told, I have an *assumption* as to why there was no schooling/no doctor visits ever but don't want to presume anything out loud.

Census records are not made public for 75 years; most recent one released is the 1940 one.  Tax records do not show physical presence of the filers, let alone dependents.
