Hello my name is Abe. I have a question about the I 485 form request for initial evidence.

My wife came to US on Aug 28,2017 under K1 visa.

We got married Nov 2, 2017. She has a SSN#.

She has been applied green card on Nov 22, 2017 and she has finger print for I-485.

But USCIS maid asked more information my financial and co-sponser.

I have a question about the I 485 form request for initial evidence:

I listed my income as an amount to be considered sufficient, but have a had a income change and have stopped receiving a paycheck for the last six months they are asking for.  I have become president of my corporation and did not take a paycheck for the last six months they are asking for.  I have money in the bank and another stock account with ample amount of cash in it.  Since they are asking specifically for pay stubs that I do not have, what should I send them back?  I have proof of shareholder stocks and officer status of the corp. Will this be enough proof although I didn't take pay for the last six months? Beside that, I also have co-sponser is my sister.

And this is the letter I was writing to attach with the document to send to USCIS.

  1. I have been working at ABC restaurant which is my family’s business.  They have had this business for the last 30 years.  During 2014 I decided to continue my education to finish my bachelors degree.  In May of 2016 I graduated from San Jose State University and from then went back to my job at ABC.  I received a pay check every month.  (please see proof of pay stub from January to July, 2017)
  2. From July 30th, 2017 we incorporated the business and I became 50% shareholder of the business.  (please see proof of stock certificate and business incorporation).  During this time I did not take a paycheck in order to build capital into the business.  Now since the business has grown and funded itself I will continue to take pay from the beginning of 2018.   I also currently have ample amount of money in my checking account and another E-trade account with savings in it.  (please refer to the e-trade account balance).
  3. Because on my previous 2016 W2 my income was not high enough, my older sister became a co sponsor for my wife. (please refer to co sponsorship documentation).

Thank you to anyone that can provide me with any input to my situation.
